Today we do a walkthrough of the original house. It looked better when we started. But as we started to peel back over 100 years of patchwork we found so much that had to be fixed so "to the studs" we went. We are going to walk through the front door, take look at the living room and the kitchen and what will be part of the guest bed room & a kids room and a jack and jill bathroom. Back out the front door we'll go. It's only 1000 sqft so don't blink or you'll miss it.
