This has been a big week.  On Feb 26 we had the pool delivered and installed.  See here for the YouTube video on the install.  Then on the 27th we had our entire lumber package delivered but not without challenges.  We specified Huber everything for the project, and we fundmentally believe it's the best sheeting and floor system on the market.  But the yard delivered LP and regular OSB.  That will get swapped out.  It also seems our 10 and 12 foot dimensional lumber is missing.

We also have spent time cleaning the crawlspace in prepartion for encapsulate it.  Left overs from all of the demolition work left quite the mess.

Next steps are to start framing, we have two crews bidding the project out, so fingers crossed we come in on budget.

Windows arrive on March 16th from China.  I'm very excited to see the DoorWin products on the house.
