BRING ON THE STICKS

This has been a massive three weeks.   Jose and crew have made huge progress on the remeditaion of the historic house and have framed all of the first floor of the addition.  When you look through the gallery take notice of the many structural improments including double top plate, proper ceiling joists, WRB, etc.  We have maintained the historic character of the house, while bringing into high performance home standards.   We've encapsulated the crawlspace under the additions and as soon as we finish the historic structure we'll finish closing it in underneath.
